简历:
申仲荣,博士,研究员,课题组长。
2017年加入中国科学院海西研究院厦门稀土材料研究中心,任为研究员、课题组长。
研究领域:
基于成本以及生产周期出发的液相沉积与生长工艺,可替代常规气相沉积,实现高品质薄膜温和条件下在液相中沉积与生长。随着近年来二维纳米材料受新能源领域内的关注,功能纳米薄膜的应用前景被研究者认知。液相沉积技术也从大尺寸电子器件的亚微米厚度薄膜的制备向超薄厚度功能薄膜材料挑战。
我课题组基于多年从事液相成膜技术的基础上,致力于液相成膜技术的开发以及在新能源等创新领域内的产业化应用,实现在质子交换膜燃料电池,储氢材料,金属空气电池等领域在技术上以及产业上的突破。
